A simple set of drill guides for 1U and 3U EuroRack rail positioning. Designed for Vector T-Strut: https://www.vectorelect.com/ts100.html . T-Strut doesn't have 'lips' for top and bottom edges of the panel so spacing is a bit tricky to get the proper distance between mounting holes on the panel. The holes are 3/16" which should be the clearance size for the 10-24 screws which are used to secure the T-Strut rails to the case. Mounting hole is the centre of the 1" extrusion, an optional hole is included that can be used for grub screws to keep the rail from rotating out of square.
I've done both the PulpLogic and intellijel style of 1U spacing.
The stl is generated by OpenSCAD and the sources are provided if you want to make some variations... maybe create rack-ears for mounting 84HP rails in a 19" rack? The default source creates a guide that will indent the rails 1/4" into the box.
Stack the guides together to create combinations of 1U and 3U rack spaces.
