if you want to navigate and spot people on airsoft at night and only have 130 dolars in your pocket, use this thing (assuming that you already own EV800 if you dont, make monocular instead)
you get what you pay for (dont let anyone take picture of you while wearing this goofy thing)
shopping list:
USB C thermal
25cm long USB C female to USB C male OTG cable
2x m3 screws
1x anything that fits in hole on nvg mount, allan key with zip ties on one end works
you will most likely want 256x198 usb c thermal but make sure that it has atleast 25hz refresh rate and NETD rating as low as possible, if its not low enough your device will suffer from blank screen (50mk is too much) and choose FOV close to 40, not more because you dont have enough pixels to make out clear image with large FOV
use soldering iron to adjust housing to fit your phone, remove straps from housing and attach bungee strings to front bracket that used to hold straps
when you glue thermal sensor to front of housing try con
