My eva2xhevo bmg mount.
This uses heated inserts as well as inserted nuts. I'd like to convert this to only use inserted nuts at some point if possible, or to make two versions.
No parts list as of right now, I will compile one as soon as i get time to disassemble my hotend and/or do a new iteration fixing the current problems.
Currently still unsolved problems:
- The belt tensioning is using the face plate to put tension on the belt, so if you tension it too much, the face will be likely to bend.
- The tensioning mechanism gets wedged easily and is only accessible if you disassemble the entire thing.
- No way to clip the leftover belt coming out of the tensioner to (I'm currently using cable ties to fix this).
Sorry for updating it this late, i was busy with life :/
Here are links to my latest versions. This should update whenever i change something too as far as i can tell. Downloading should work, i enabled it.
