EVA Hypercube head for 8mm bars

I can't in any way claim this to be my own creation, it is a Frankenstein's monster to allow me to use the EVA head idea for an 8mm bar set up rather than linear rails.

I can't remember exactly which parts are from the EVA head and which parts I have bodged to make it work so I have just uploaded it all. From memory the front assembly is EVA and the carriage and back assembly has been adapted by me.

This has been designed and tested for a E3D V6 hotend an Orbiter extruder.
