Excalibur noggle statue as seen in the game Warframe. Highly recommend printing this with a resin printer! FFF/FDM printers not tested.
You can use a small spring of about 5mm wide to turn this into a functional bobble head by placing it as the neck. I used superglue and superglue accelerant to glue the spring and the statue to the base.
