This is meant to replace a pre-existing plastic part in the Exooter-brand kick scooter. It provides contact between the steering shaft and the bolt welded to the wheel assembly. The inside of the sheath slides but the outside does not, so I had to go through a couple of preliminary designs and prints to get the tolerances right. This is the final version.
