This was a project from my boss as the storage solution up to this point was a piece of cardboard folded over a few times and wrapped in painter's tape. Naturally, I couldn't let that stand and, in true fashion, made an over-engineered solution to the simple problem.
The key to this organizer working is the washers used to separate the "volumes" between the "bookends." For mine, they were approximately 0.85mm or about 1/32nd of an inch thick. This should give you plenty of space for the blade. As for the bolts, those can be as long or as short as you need depending on how many razor pens you need to store. Mine are socket head types (3/16" driver) that are about 9 to 10mm in diameter and around 6mm deep.
I found these on McMaster: https://www.mcmaster.com/products/standard-washers/washer-type~flat/thickness~0-030-to-0-034-1/id~0-255/
As for the bolts, those are also on McMaster: https://www.mcmaster.com/products/screws/socket-head-screws~/thread-size~1-4-20/threading~fully-
