Explorer endcap covers

Got a second-hand xplorer pump grip and I noticed that the bolt head and nut were wearing into the metal bars.

Instead, I've designed covers that will protect the bars. An alternative would be plastic m4 washers, but that's a little more tedious to take off/put on when reassembling the grip, and I prefer the way these look.
