Expresscard 34 dummy

Expresscard/34 slot dummy insert, modeled from Lenovo FRU P/N 04W1604.

I modeled as a basis for expresscard slot shenanigans TBD.

I've printed it on a Prusa MK3 and an Ultimaker 3 and it fits great in a T420 and a T430.
