A different way to make bricks, the Brick Roller I uploaded recently is a fast convenient way to make bricks but it has its tradeoffs, its not going to leave a super crisp or detailed trail of bricks behind. If you need high detailed crisp bricks you will need this method of manufacturig. Its more involved, requires casting resin and RTV silicone for the mould.
This is a four part manufacturing system that makes finely detailed seamless brick tiles. The 3D printable parts can be assembled to create a small three or six tile mould but can also be extended to make as many tiles as you like. Mine makes fifteen tiles in the picture.
The four 3D printed parts transform into
1- a mould cage which supports the silicone mould while you cast brick tiles.
2- a master part that is used to create the actual silicone mould, (this is done by using the empty cage as a rail system t
