Extended Raspberry Pi + Adafruit LCD Case

A beefed-up version of [Jeremy Blum's neat Raspberry Pi case](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:95988) with a lid designed to hold the [Adafruit 16x2 character LCD](http://www.adafruit.com/products/1115). This version has a better fit to the device, and protects the RCA and audio jacks (but might block the RCA, I've not tested it). I additionally intend to provide options for the button panel, like a solid cover or flip-back lid.
