Extension Ladder End Caps

The end caps on my old extension ladder broke and disappeared some time ago. I wasn't too concerned about it at first but soon realized that the caps protected the user's body from the sharp metal edges of the ladder ends. I searched for replacements online but I didn't know the brand of the ladder. It might be an old Keller or an old Werner but nothing I could find seemed to be the correct size or shape. The size of my ladder side channel is about 63.5mm x 22mm (2 1/2" x 7/8")
