I was looking for an extra-flat rail to slide a board along a wall to hide my videoprojector (but you could also hide a safe!). Unable to find anything flat enough, I designed this rail.
- It is only 8.5 mm thick.
- It can be used vertically or horizontally (to support or to hang loads!)
- It can be glued or screwed in place using 3 mm diameter conical screws.
- It has end stop on both sides (You can add a slightly loosened stop screw ,at the stop mark, that will hit the end stop to prevent the slide from going too far and dislodging the two rails).
Print without support, 100% infill. Preferably use a resistant material (ASA, PETG or Nylon).
I successfully printed it and tested it for months.
