Extra risk pieces

Extra risk pieces for use with base risk game to add some flavor. Got the idea from lord of the rings risk. There are 2 extra pieces: The leader and the fort.
The leader provides +1 to your highest attack die and the fort provides +1 to your highest defensive die.

During setup you place the pieces on the board on territories you own. The fort does not count as an army and can not move (so place carefully). The leader does count as an army and may move as an army moves. If the leader is destroyed, it can be placed in during the next recruit phase as an army. If the territory holding a fort is taken over, the possessor of that territory gets the bonus.

Fort is based off of a Napoleonic fort (image attached). I might replace the leader with a better one later.
