I made some thin baseplates that save a ton of time and filament. The models I have included are shelled out at 0.8mm. I have included a parametric file for Fusion 360 - you can make any size grid and change the shell thickness. I printed mine with a 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, and 3 walls. Shelled at 0.8. It printed great!(I tried printing at 0.5 shell, and it was too thin. I have not tried 0.6 or 0.7 yet.) A friend of mine printed it with a 0.6 nozzle and 0.32 layer height (with 0.7 shell). He said it also came out great!Print it right-side-up. My slicer tried to print it upside down, and it didn’t work as well. On a 5x5 grid, it saved me 10g of filament and almost 15 minutes of print time!
