I made this for my D-bot build's extruder motor, but it may be of use to others, so here it is - a knob (or dial) for your extruder stepper motor. Probably only useful for Bowden extruder setups since the shaft of most direct-drive extruders is not accessible.
This thing was inspired by cfeniak's Stepper motor feed knob (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:474394). I liked the design, but in use, my fingers would slip off the spoke when trying to "spin" it - so I did my own version in OpenSCAD and enclosed the spokes. Now I can really move the filament when I need to. (being careful, of course, not to blow my driver by spinning too fast.)
[EDIT] added a version with a slightly smaller outer diameter to provide clearance when used with my D-Bot X/Y motor covers.
