Extruder Knob

I wanted to design a cool knob for the extruder of my Ender 3. I wasn't quite sure if a 3d printed part would have the torque on the d-shaft of the stepper, so I tried to make one with a make-shift set screw. I based this design on what I had lying around in my house, so the opening works best with a #4-40 x 5/16" screw. Feel free to modify for you're own hardware. Installed it and it's working great.
