I made a unicycler to ride my extruder.
Use something hot to melt the axle pins so they don't pull out, being careful not to lock the motion. The angle mount is CA glued to a piece of masking tape, you could use double-sided tape but I didn't have any on hand. The body is CA glued to the angle mount after insuring proper clearances.
Tips:
1- Pull your filament out so you can freely rotate the extruder to make sure nothing binds.
2- Run input shaping after installing it, this really messes with the x-axis motion.
3- The tolerances are really close, so I suggest you edit the FreeCAD file to suit your purposes.
