EXTRUDIMUS PRIME

When I first came across thingiverse.... I was amazed and blown away by somebody on here who made an optimus prime original... he called it his masterpiece.

I then discovered another cool idea from the makerbot team which was another transforming robot that turned into a 3d printer resembling the replicator...

Both of these ideas were worthy of downloading and setting up a fresh spool....

I still have both prints STILL ON THE RAFT FROM WHICH THEY FINISHED PRINTING ON... (2 years later)

This was due to the fact of NOT having all the necessary nuts and bolts to fasten all the printed parts together.... ssmmfh.... So I decided to put forth the effort of having a single print FULLY ASSEMBLED..... just break away supports and transform!!!

As makerbot has decided to price most of their printers at skyscraping pricepoints which inevitably impedes creativity and overall productivity.... I modeled this transformer after the prusia type models which are 100 times more affordable..
