The Eyeball Light was made with three sizes of cardboard tubes and a long piece of nylon hose salvaged from a trash can. The tubes were cut in half using a jigsaw and painted. Printed spacers secured with hot glue hold the halves in a concentric orientation. The printed nylon hose holders are zip-tied to the smallest diameter tube. The nylon hoses are 10mm outer diameter, 8mm inner diameter. The overall dimension of each light is 635mm long, 635mm tall, and 317mm in depth (25"x25"x12.5"). Four blue lengths of 12v blue LED tape are positioned inside the eyeball shooting inward, reflected by the blue paint and glossy coating. Four lengths of bright white LEDs are positioned on the outside of the two larger tubes, and are diffused by hemisphere-shaped diffusers printed in translucent "natural" color filament. Both lights have switches that turn the bright white LEDs on and off. I leave them off most of the time, they are very bright!
