Easy and quick 3D printable eyes/face shield, with a confortable frame, adapting to head profile. The difference with other popular eyes/face shields stands on simple design allowing confort wearing for long time with very good grip to head profile.
Frame can be used with a simple A4 (8.5"x11") transparent horizontally oriented with 0.2 - 0.25 mm width PVC/PET flexible sheet. However, we strongly recommend to cut the PVC/PET sheet following the design in the pdf attached. This shape provides excellent adjustment to face and protects eyes more effectively from random splashes. Perfect for science education (to avoid occasional splashes), occasional DIY and as emergency shield in covid-19 alert in lack of normilised equipment (in such case nose-mouth is recommended as in any other model). Can be weared with spectacles or sun glasses (behind).
3D model can be printed in around 100 minutes (1:40h), at 60 mm/s speed with 0.2 nozzle; 11 g weight with PLA (brand bq).
