This is a simple sonar mount for EZ-Robot. In the example pictures I designed it for clipping onto my robot's arm above the gripper. It has a male ez-bit for connecting to parts from http://www.ez-robot.com
Several versions are included here for forward facing sensors, meaning the sensor is as the front of the ez-bit, or reversed, meaning that the sensor is as the back of the ez-bit. There are also flat versions that could be glued on your robot instead of using the male ez-bit.
The sensor will mount with a small bolt and nut that you will need to supply. Or you could use a dab of hot glue.
