A quick update on my models. Firstly, I found out the hard way that I should make my kit cards at the scale they're being printed at, (Originally, I would make them and then scale them down by 25% in Prusa Slicer). So that's now fixed, which means the tolerances should WAY better. Secondly, the thickness has changed from 1.25mm to 1.60mm, this will make smaller parts more study and allow this to be printed with better tolerances. Thirdly, because of this change, if you print them at anything but .20mm layer height you won't be getting the best results, this is because they are 1.60mm tall, so your layer height has to be divisible by that (1.60 / .20 = 8).
