F1 card kit 2.2

I've had more fun with this model than I really deserve. It really is a great card model. It comes out great. Alas the fit wasn't the best, so I tinkered. It's basically the same model with the following changes:

1) cutouts modified to fit a little better or allow more flexibility
2) thickened and lengthened some of the tabs so they grab better. Depending on the size of the build, this means some may need to be trimmed or glued, but overall the fit is much better
3) separated the model into two separate cards, this way you can print one in one color and the other in a different color
4) hubcaps added that you can print in color and then snap onto the black tires.
5) moved the triple spars lower so the front wheels will properly touch the ground.

I've been able to print this at 100%, 125%, and 200% and it all works out really well. The last version, 16, printed at 200% and then painted with spraypaint, assembled with no glue necessary although some of the tabs needed to be
