F150 Fender Logo

Here is a F150 Logo that i designed in fusion 360 to replace my boring original F150 fender logos on my 2016 ford. You can customize this logo as i have left the portion where you normally see the trim level labeled. I printed mine using Bambu ABS. Quality - Layer Height .12, ironing type- top surfaces, wall generator - Arahne. Strength - wall loops 3, infill - 30 percent gyroid. I recommend using an automotive double sided rubber adhesive tape as the surface of the fender does have a slight curve and the double sided tape will compensate for the surface difference. This model does not have the locking tabs like the original fender badges. When i installed my logos i made sure to align with the original holes for the locking tabs so the holes are covered and both logos on the driver side and passenger side were in the same position as the original. I did consider vapor smoothing these models but with the ironing on i was pretty happy with the print. Enjoy. Thank you.
