A wide ear protector for using masks with elastic around the ears. Simple but effective design, after being tasked with making 500 for my company and realising most the ear protectors on here have a narrow design, there was still points on the ear that had the potential for rubbing and creating sores. This wider design splays the elastic out and allows the ears to be contact free.
The part is designed to be used higher up on the head and not lower down as it slips onto the neck. There is a gap to allow pony tails to fit through.
I also found that having adjustable settings is a gimmick and not needed as ideally you want the hooks at the lowest point possible to reduce the tightness. There seems no benefit for having tighter hooks.
