Face Shield Cochlear Implant Design

This is a remix of the Prusa R3 Face Shield to accommodate the use of Cochlear Implants. Since the electronics used are delicate the sides of the original face shield applied to much pressure on them. Thus the need for a remix. The sides now go down and around the bottom of the ears, with a 3 part top to size it easier for individuals heads. The plastic front attaches per usual, 3 hole US punch holes.

This is still a work in progress, wanted to get it out there in case others could improve upon the design. The first prototype is being sent to the user who requested the remix and we will update with changes as we get them.

Please note that until we get the new files uploaded for the head band parts (3) you will need to scale them down to 1mm thick.
