This is a remix of the 3DVerkstan North American Holder found here: https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/protective-visor-versions/
A volunteer group I joined wanted us to use designs that are far enough away from the face to wear N95 masks underneath, and had the drip guard at the top. I wanted something that could be printed fast and stacked. This was the result.
Minimum XY size for the bed is 210mm.
For the stacked version, it is designed to use 0.3mm layer height for all layers. Other heights may work but I can't guarantee they won't fuse together. Print a stack just two high as a test and get approval from those you want to donate to before wasting half a kilo of filament.
Settings:
0.3mm layers (all)
3 perimeters or more
3+ top and bottom layers
No supports
Low infill just needed in the visor area (I used 5% honeycomb)
Speeds - crank it up but not too much for PETG
Post processing - use a build plate spatula or butter knife to carefully separate the mask
