Face Shield - M-SARS

V5 - for Form3, Phenom etc.

This is a Face Shield design that can be printed on all Resin 3D Printers which have at least a Print-Size of 141 mm X or Y and Z of 185 mm (M-SLA, DLP, SLA) .
It suits the Form 2 perfectly. It can be printed up to 17 frames at ones in ~15h.
Since the prints are cleaned in IPA and curing in UV, they can be considered sterile. They also withstand boiling water and most chemicals.
The foils are clear binding covers in A4. For the holes you can use the template.pdf or make your own be using a ISO 838 hole punch. I recommend using a hand operated single hole punch, otherwise you produce additional holes in the foil.
The burr aka elephant foot doesn't interfere with the function, but can be removed with a knive.
