This is a model of COVID-19 face shield for medical staff. There are two versions in this pack.
1. v2R2 - improved version of Prusa Protective Face Shield RC2: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc2
In the v2R2, the lower part, the face shield and the rubber band are exactly the same as in the Prusa project. The upper (headband) part was improved for faster, simpler print on almost anything. Recommended parameters: 0,3mm layer, 3 shells, 30% infill, no support, no raft. Velocity 75 mm/s.
2. v2R11 - brand new design after consultations with doctors, eleventh and final iteration, slim and fast. Wider and shorter for better protection and comfort of use. Added possibility of applying foam bar (in contact with wearer's forehead, see photos) for more comfortable usage. Shorter manufacturing (2-piece stack of less than 2 hours). The pack also contains PDF/DXF files of foam and plexy cutouts. Used and approved by several dozens of doctors (end of
