Face Shield (Remix) Assembly

Three piece frame for face shield design. Able to fit on smaller printers and next multiple prints on larger build plates (instead of one at a time) Side arms snap into center headband portion. May need some force to snap together, but will stay in place due the friction/interference fit. May need to adjust printer setting and scale up center piece 1-2% if pieces do not fit. Glue is not required, but would not hurt.


For preparing the visor sheet:

-Use standard US 3-hole punch

Mark the center of the sheet at 5-1/2" (small mark) along long side
Make marks 1/2" from center mark on each side (front knubs are 1" apart)
Now line the center hole of 3-hole punch to one of the offset marks and punch
Flip the clear sheet over and punch the other offset mark
Round off the corners of opposite edge or let the user trim it to fit.
The fit will be very tight. Adjust your hole punch spacing if necessary.


Sanitize before wearing and after each use.
