Face shield visor NHS Southampton General compatible

Hi all, a bit of an update below.
This design fits the exsisting clear visor sheets at the UK Southampton General Hospital and the design has been approved for use at this hospital by head of PPE. They get brought into hospital be NHS staff and cleaned there before use. I have been printing these as quickly as possible, there is now a group of us printing and funding for materials is available. If you can help please contact me.

To complete the visor we have 12.000 clear sheets available, you can receive some of these to finish your self if you like. The hole pattern is 85x75x85mm which is sadly not a normal hole punch distance (80mm).
Note, we have had some quality issues when people first start printing these. The two biggest problems being underextruding and choice of material. To help resolve these issue from the start before I get a sample from you here are some points to consider.
