After I saw a lot of mask designs I decided to make my own.
This is only 2 pieces plus a band if you need it.
The mask uses normal cotton pads as filter. You can also use other materials.
The cotton pads must be replaced at each use and the mask must be cleaned preferably with an alcohol-based solution.
The first design is for a medium-sized male.
I plan to share also other dimensions or you can shape your own in fusion 360 (see next section).
If you print it in PLA you can also thermoform it with hot water or a heat gun. Maybe also for PETG it works. To make it more comfortable you can add a soft material on the edges as seen in other designs (e.g. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4260708).
You could also print it in TPU, so it's flexible. I plan to try to print it in PETG and then change filament to TUP for the top layers.
Disclaimer:
This is not a medical device and should not be used as such.
The filtration of this device is not proven and should only be used onl
