This is a Prusa factory LCD control panel knob which I've added a round ball (knob) to make turning easier and more precise. You older folks might remember the old Brodie knob or Suicide Knob on a car's steering wheel which made turning the wheel much easier and only using one hand while keeping your other hand around your gal.
