This is a case for the popular FadeCandy LED Controller as sold on AdaFruit. (as of 2/16/16)

The case is designed with screw holes, header access, and power access. The header used for this design is:

You can modify the lid slightly to have the rear supports a bit smaller. They are snug to the board to keep it in place. Also the lid itself slides fairly easily in and out of the slots, so if you want this tighter you can increase the width slightly as well.
Screw holes are for M6 screws.
