Fairphone 4 case: with or without ears

A case I designed from scratch (have not checked if other designs first). Has all the microphone holes (unlike some other designs). Quite ugly, but pink, hey.

Update v2:

* It is easier to print the power button (can get it to print and sit ideally)
* There is now a version with cat ears
* Adjusted for volume button
