It is a Fallout 76 logo bottle opener.
It uses 1US Cent.
In case that coin moves, try putting a dab of superglue and fix it in place.
Print 80-100% infill for sturdiness.
There are number 7 and 6 as one .stl file which you can print and superglue in place
If they don't fit try offsetting it in your slicer program for 0.1-0.2mm.
Comment if you want any other currency or coin diameter.
