Fallout Standing Sign.

Made another standing sign to display on my shelf with Fallout games.
Included are three files:
CE3_Fallout-standsign-RIM.stl: Is the complete standing sign with an outer rim on the main text as displayed in my painted version.

CE3_Fallout-standsign.stl: Another complete one but without the rim.

CE3_Fallout-base-plaque.stl: Last is just the base stand plaque if you wish to print it in thinner layers.

I also added two pins (rectangles) that is just a tiny bit smaller for easier fit in the stand holes, some printer configurations might need smaller ones (might not be needed at all for some or if you use a tiny bit of superglue instead).
