- I HAVE NOT TESTED IT. I tested the first version and corrected the blade by dipping them in boiling water to get them the right shape, version 2 should be fine but I need someone to confirm. Thank you.

-I wanted to share my design, i made this to print it with less support than possible

So this is a fan blade i made for my litte 8inch fan .. the blade diameter is about 180mm/ 7 inch of diameter. The idea was to find a way to print the blade with almost no support. I had the idea to print the blades separately and join them as a puzzle. It works wonderfully.
its about 2 hours by section (with .3 layer height) and i printed an adpter for the shaft of my fan.

My fan has a 4mm shaft, so I design the adapter to have a solid fit with this shaft, the outside diameter of the adapter is 15mm.. it's strong enough to hold the blade but you can take it apart easily.

I hope it will be usefull, at least to share the idea of ​​puzzle style connections (not new but it worked so good f
