Many ceiling fans use pull-chain layouts that cause the chains to rub against or clank on the glass light shade—especially when the fan is running. This can be noisy, annoying, and over time may even scuff or damage the glass. These 3D printed pull-chain guides route the chains cleanly away from the glass, reducing friction and eliminating clanking noise. They mount directly to the fan housing or light assembly using double-sided adhesive, making installation quick and non-invasive—perfect for kids’ rooms or anywhere noise matters. TPU provides the quietest result, but PLA still significantly reduces noise and works well if TPU isn’t available.  Recommended MaterialsTPU (preferred): Quietest option, absorbs vibration and noise best PLA: Still effective at reducing noise and rubbing PETG may also work, but TPU offers the best damping performance    Print Settings (Suggested)Layer height: 0.2–0.28 mm Infill: 15–25% Walls: 2–3 perimeters Supports: Not required Orientation: Print flat as designed
