fan duct - Flying Bear Ghost 5

This remix increase the distance between the fan duct and the bed to avoid touching the printing elements. Fits perfectly for the Flying Bear Ghost 5 blower fan, a "5010 vortex fan", as I found online. I believe it can fit also for other printers with similar 30x30 blower fan.
