Fan Duct for E3D hotend

This is designed to grip the main fan duct on the E3D. It takes a 40mm fan, and blows air down around the end. Testing with my finger it seems like the airflow is a bit weak, but it appears to do a reasonable job on cooling the top layer of PLA prints.
