Fan duct insect screen/filter

This is an insect screen (filter) to fit a 100mm bathroom fan duct, but it can be easily scaled to fit other duct sizes. Note that this can only be printed by customising the slicer settings, as explained below.

To customise and print this part, in the slicer, one has to set top and bottom solid layers to zero, the number of perimeters to 4, and the infill pattern to 'grid'. The size of the mesh is given by the infill density chosen. I used 30% for the item in the photos. Scale on (x,y) to print screens for e.g. 75mm or 150mm ducts.

I use PrusaSlicer. I switched away from Cura a while ago and never looked back.
