Fan duct V2

Slightly modified fan duct. Changes:

-enlarged holes for attachment to base plate - now you can clip it higher above nozzle/bed
-the fan holder is L-shaped and wider - more durable and easier to print
-right air outlet is more flat, so cable from heating cartridge doesn't push it down against print/bed
-slightly modified air outlets inside - to blow the air more to the center of nozzle
-the bottom of the fan duct is raised 0.5 degrees in the front, so the outlets are a bit higher than the rear part
-modified air intake size to fit 5015 fans. On the right side of the air intake cut a small groove by utility knife or with file - fans have at that place a cover weld (place is marked on the print, and see picture 3 - an arrow point at that point).
