Fan Flow Aligner K40 Laser

I added front facing inlet fans on my K40 laser and used these to align the airflow into more columnated flows with good success.

I use two fasteners to mount the front grill and fan, and this flow aligner has notches to allow clearance. Rather than complicate the mounting with long bolts, I chose to use aluminum tape to hold them in place. Occasionally I need to swing them out of the way to maneuver a larger workpiece and this makes it convenient.
