This module is designed to connect a Voltage source from one side, and two fans on the other.
Placing one cheap PWM module inside you can manage correctly the speed of MANAGED fans, It means you not apply PWM on main Vcc of Fan, This module just generates a PWM signal of 5V to adjust the speed of the fan throw the PWM wire, and is the electronics inside the fan who manages the power. it includes volt module just for fun, and know the Vcc apply on the fan.
It works whit the voltage you want, if you want use 5V, 12V 24V, ( i think the max Vin of this modules are 30V then avoid 48V fans), And the module generates a common signal of 0-5V , if your Fans needs some special level signal, looking the pics you can find one cut and reworked lane on the Pca, This trace Isolates the output mosfets from internal 5V, then you just need connect the left side to the voltage you need.
As you see its required stand up a little bit the buttons to get correct height
All screws are M1,5 , As-w
