Fan Shroud Mount BLTouch

This is a quick and simple remix of the main mounting part of the shroud. I adjusted the screw holes to be less tight against the thread of the M4 mounting screws. It hold tight but is less likely to split the layers due to the tight tolerance. I removed the longer side for zip tying the cables too as it gets in the way of both the stock titan and the genuine titan extruder.

I also added a BLTouch mount to the side which sits snugly behind the fan mount. I am using this with a genuine titan extruder and a genuine E3D V6 hotend.
