Fanatec SQ Shifter Mod

This fanatec mod solves two issues:
1 - Not having enough shifter tension even at max tension (fully clockwise).
2 - Needing to have a 5mm Allen/Hex wrench to adjust shifter tension. This solution will require the purchase of a Hex Head M10x40mm bolt.

His video above uses nuts to create bushing spacers that allow for more tension. In place of using nuts simply using the file Bushing Spacer or Bushing Spacer with hole. Explanation for two spacer types below. I will be updating this post with a more recent video once/if he shoots a new one showcasing this mod.


Tension Solution:

Print a Bushing Spacer in TPU at .2mm height and 100% infill. Note: "Bushing Spacer With Hole" has a built in "handle" to allow you to use needle nose pliers or tweezers to remove it in
