I made this as a decorative piece to spruce up and wooden furniture, it needs to be glued on although you can probably get a screw through but you should probably increase the walls if that's your intention, uploading it for anybody that wants something similar, I looked for something like this for a long time before I gave in and made it myself.Printed mine in grey to paint them.
