Fanduct for E3D Ultimaker head

It became apparent (prompted by mgg942) that while the existing fan ducts work to some extent, they were not optimised for the E3D head I designed, so this is my first go at making one specifically for the job.
Printed in ABS and dipped in acetone for strength.
